The five well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for 12 or more guests. On the first floor, guests will love spending time together hanging out on the sectional sofa and entertain one another with the provided assortment of games that everyone in your group will enjoy. It's the perfect space to let loose and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Also on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 full beds and two single beds to make up this unique, custom "bunkroom". The second bedroom has two Queen size beds and bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a King size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combo.

The top floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a King size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The other has two Queen size beds and bathroom with walk-in shower.

All the bedrooms have Smart TV’s.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting modern appliances including dishwasher, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy culinary creations at the expansive eat-in kitchen table and island, or take advantage of dining outdoors on the 2nd floor front deck or back snack-bar. This kitchen is fully equipped with all essential kitchenware. Prepping and cleaning up after meals is a breeze, even for large groups!

You must be at least 30 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

It sleeps 18 people with two masters with king size beds; two rooms with 2 queen beds in each room; and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk.

The Ocean Front Beach Club offers a pool, bathrooms, outdoor showers, a grilling area with picnic tables and a stylish commons room, perfect for social gatherings or parties.

If you would like to escape the salt and sand of the beach and lounge by the large pool, have an afternoon barbeque, or just socialize with friends and family, you have a multitude of options.

The house is located at The Resort on Ocean Isle Beach. Just a short stroll from the private pool, clubhouse and beach.

Turn right over the bridge onto E. First St. Go less than 1/2 mile and turn right on Shelby St. Turn left on E. Second St. and the house is the fourth one on the right.
